The Four Cs is a formula for success we developed after supporting NFPs to not only survive, but thrive through major sector reforms.

Capacity

It's not about volume, scale, how many people you have. It's about the dimension and scope to think creatively and solve problems with what you have.

Capability

Having the means or ability to do something is one thing. Knowing what to do when faced with many options is the real measure of strategic capability.

Competence

If practice makes perfect, then consistency makes competence. It's making the right judgement, doing the right thing... and doing it repeatedly.

Confidence

Confidence is the reward for discipline. It's a feeling or belief that can be shared and multiplied. Because when you're confident in your abilities, others will be too.
